im not northern-ontario-en but i would still be delighted to join 
Well, we're currently not looking for more members to PuraKura the actual group (as in not this DA group).
I left membership for this open though, for, I dunno,fanart and extra ideas to bounce around.
Also I guess there will be things we'll need a bit of help on.
Ugh, while typing this, I am realising this makes us sound elitist. :C
But we would like to keep the actual, offline group to people we can actually know offline.
All that said, though, I'll still accept your membership and see what you can contribute. C:
